2026 Extended School Year - Special Education Teacher

THIS IS A SUMMER POSITION. EMPLOYMENT IS SEASONAL AND TEMPORARY

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: Extended School Year (ESY) is a Special Education program for students with disabilities whose IEP Team has determined that, in order to minimize substantial regression and reduce substantial recoupment time, a student is required to attend ESY.

Programming will run from July 6, 2026 - August 7, 2026 (M, T, W, Th) 8:00am - 12:00pm.
(Days and times contingent on program needs)

Seeking Special Education Teachers and Substitute Teachers to provide direct instruction to students enrolled in the district’s ESY summer program and report on progress.

Qualifications:

? Certified as required for individual positions
? Qualified applicants with previous experience working with students with disabilities.
? CPI or Safety Care trained a plus
? A five week commitment is preferred to ensure the fidelity of services
