ALTERNATIVE EDUCATION PARAPROFESSIONAL
FULL-TIME
Parkland School District is seeking a full-time paraprofessional to assist the alternative education team with teaching-related activities and to assist students with their class assignments.
- Two (2) years or more of college education; or PA Credential of Competency Certification required.
- Experience working with students who are “At-Risk” and may have academic and behavioral needs. Secondary experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with administrators, teachers, parents, and students.
- Able to work independently and and as a team member for the AED program.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations.
