Position Purpose
The Center Based Paraprofessional assists in the implementation of intensive instructional programs, including assisting with daily living and behavioral skills, and sometimes providing medical care under the direction of a licensed nurse. Additionally, this specific position will assist in meeting the needs of students with hearing impairments who partially communicate through American Sign Language
Starting Salary: $20.50/per hour commensurate with experience
174 work-day calendar, 7.5 hrs/day.

Requirements:
-All employees must have a current TB test (Tuberculosis). If you’ve had a recent TB Test (less than 12 months ago) we can accept a copy of your test results. If it’s been more than 1 year ago, you will be required to obtain a new test. Employees are responsible for the cost of the test.
-Must present pre employment physical prior to first day of work.
