Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location: Cassatt, SC We are seeking a qualified BCBA to provide district-wide behavioral support to students receiving special education services. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Analyze behavioral data and monitor student progress
• Provide behavior consultation and coaching to teachers and support staff
• Support students with Autism, emotional/behavioral needs, and other disabilities
• Collaborate with special education teams on IEPs and behavioral goals
• Train staff on evidence-based behavior management and ABA strategies
• Provide behavioral support across multiple school sites as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with special education requirements

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Active BCBA certification
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field
• Experience providing behavioral services to school-age students
• Strong experience with FBA, BIP development, ABA, data collection, and progress monitoring
• Knowledge of special education and IEP processes
• Strong consultation, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and travel between school sites as needed
• Experience supporting students with Autism and behavioral challenges preferred
