- Substantial experience working in a public school setting
- Experience in providing professional development to staff
- Demonstrated strength in positive and proactive approaches to working with students and families
- Conduct various assessments including Functional Behavior Assessments
- Design and oversee implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
- Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians
- Design and manage appropriate data collection systems
- Oversee in-district development and implementation of behavior management plans
- Collaborate with school and district staff to develop and strengthen Autism programming
- Develop individualized student programs
- Maintain program data, including graphs of student progress on program targets
- Provide training to school staff and parents on a regular basis
- Participate in team and PPT meetings
- Provide written progress updates and complete IEP progress reporting
- Ensure that data is collected and analyzed with fidelity

- Salary Range $69,000-$99,000, commensurate with experience
