BFA Fairfax Elementary School is seeking a Level 2 Paraprofessional to support students with behavioral support needs. This position focuses on implementing individualized behavior support plans while also providing academic assistance.
The ideal candidate will be flexible, creative, and committed to supporting students’ success in both academic and social-emotional development. Responsibilities include working closely with individual students and small groups to foster positive behaviors and promote learning in a supportive environment.
