Position Details:
- Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Location: Camden, SC
- Employment Type: Full-Time Contract
- Setting: School-Based, District-Wide
- Assignment: October 19, 2026 - May 21, 2027
- Travel: Travel between assigned school sites as needed
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify behavioral needs and guide intervention planning
- Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to measure student progress and improve outcomes
- Support students with autism, emotional disabilities, and other behavioral or special education needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to behavioral goals and recommendations
- Consult with teachers, administrators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Train and coach school staff on evidence-based behavior-management and intervention strategies
- Support positive behavior supports, PBIS, crisis prevention, and de-escalation strategies
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential student records and documentation
- Collaborate with school teams and families to promote student independence, safety, and success
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Any applicable South Carolina licensure or certification required for behavior-analytic practice
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience is preferred
- Experience with ABA, FBAs, BIPs, PBIS, IEPs, and behavior intervention is preferred
- Strong behavioral data analysis, communication, consultation, and collaboration skills
- Ability to travel between assigned school locations as needed
