Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

We are seeking a qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavioral support to students receiving special education services across school settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Implement and monitor evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions.
• Analyze behavioral data and monitor student progress.
• Collaborate with special education teachers, school staff, and families.
• Support students with autism and other behavioral challenges.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide staff training and consultation.
• Travel between school sites as needed.

Requirements

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field.
• Experience with FBAs, BIPs, ABA interventions, and behavioral data analysis.
• Knowledge of special education services and IEP processes.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• School-based experience supporting students with disabilities preferred.
• Ability to travel between school locations as required.
