Summary<\/strong><\/u> <\/div>
Provide daily one\-on\-one support for a bright, high\-functioning student with mild learning delays and ADHD tendencies. This role focuses on maintaining focus, structure, and engagement throughout the school day while collaborating with teachers and specialists in a positive, inclusive classroom environment. <\/div>
  <\/div>
What You’ll Do<\/strong><\/u> <\/div>
  • Support one student throughout the school day (~8:15 AM–3:30 PM, school\-year schedule).<\/li>
  • Reinforce classroom and therapy strategies for focus, organization, and self\-regulation.<\/li>
  • Apply positive reinforcement and ABA\-informed techniques to sustain engagement.<\/li>
  • Assist with transitions, routines, and peer interactions.<\/li>
  • Record brief daily notes on progress and key observations.<\/li>
  • Communicate regularly with teachers and parents for consistent support.<\/li>
  • Contribute to a calm, structured, and inclusive learning space.<\/li> <\/ul>

    Experience You’ll Need<\/strong><\/u> <\/div>
    • Background supporting students with learning or attention challenges.<\/li>
    • Understanding of ABA methods or behavioral support techniques.<\/li>
    • Reliable, patient, and adaptable approach throughout the day.<\/li>
    • Experience as an RBT, behavioral therapist, or SPED paraprofessional preferred.<\/li>
    • Familiarity with OT, speech therapy, or related developmental programs a plus.<\/li> <\/ul><\/td> <\/tr>
