Club Care Paraprofessional
Victoria Elementary & Clover Ridge Elementary

Start Date: ASAP
Position Days/Hours: Monday - Friday; 7:30am - 9:30am & 2:00pm - 6:00pm
Salary: $18.85/hr. - $20.47/hr. (based on qualifications)
*An extra $28.28/day will be earned when working a split shift on student contact days*
Responsible To: Club Care Out of School Time Supervisor and Child Care Specialist
$500 Hiring Bonus: One-time payment upon successful completion of probationary employment period (120 days)
$250 Referral Bonus
Position Purpose: Independently supervise and engage with K-5th grade children in the care programs.
Major Job Functions/Specific Tasks/Required Knowledge, Abilities and Skills: See attachment.
Qualifications: Current first aid certification (have or willing to obtain); experience working with elementary aged children.
Benefits of Employment: Eligible for benefits as negotiated between Student Support Staff (MSEA Association) and District 112. This position is eligible for overtime and comp time.
