About You

You’re caring, motivated, and eager to inspire the next generation through early education. You value inclusive, child-led learning and enjoy working as part of a positive, collaborative team. You bring energy, creativity, and a commitment to creating a safe, engaging learning space for all children.

What You’ll Need

  • Diploma Qualified 

  • Previous Room Leader experience 

  • A valid Working With Children Check

  • Current First Aid, CPR, and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification

  • Child Protection Certificate

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Your Role

  • Develop and deliver engaging, play-based educational programs

  • Foster a warm, inclusive, and secure environment for children to thrive

  • Collaborate with fellow educators and build strong relationships with families

  • Observe and document children’s learning and progress

  • Contribute to a culture of respect, creativity, and continuous improvement
