About the Role
We are seeking a caring, energetic, and dedicated Elementary Paraprofessional to join our school community. In this role, you will make a meaningful impact every day by supporting students’ academic, social, and emotional growth. Working closely with classroom teachers, you will help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment where every child feels supported and confident.
What You’ll Do
Provide individualized and small-group support to help students succeed in core subjects.
Assist the classroom teacher with instructional activities, classroom management, and daily routine.s
Encourage positive social interactions and help students build confidence and independence
Foster a warm, respectful relationship with students and sta.ff
