The Elementary Special Education Teacher will be responsible for planning and implementing individualized instruction to support students with disabilities. Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to meet student needs
-Provide differentiated instruction and modifications to support diverse learning styles
-Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure student success
-Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instruction as needed
-Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal special education regulations
-Foster a supportive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment
