Dummerston School is seeking a special education teacher to support our elementary-aged students through the end of the 2026 school year. We are seeking a special education teacher with strong knowledge and experience implementing universal design practices in pre-K-8th grade school settings. Responsibilities include case management and direct instruction supporting a continuum of services within emerging multi-tiered systems of support. Candidates must have experience and skill in reading remediation, differentiating curriculum, and federal/state special education regulations. Candidates must have excellent communication skills with a commitment to working collaboratively with teachers and families.
