POSITION: Extended School Year - Special Education Teachers
LOCATION: Houghton Elementary School, Chocksett Middle School and Wachusett Regional High School
PAY: $35.00 an hour for certified Teachers
ESY dates: July 6, 2026 - August 6, 2026 (some positions will end on July 30, 2026)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Dates and hours of employment will vary based on position.
- Hours for students are below.
- All staff will be paid to attend a 1-hour orientation meeting.
- Professionally certified staff will be expected to work and be paid for up to 12 additional hours for planning and preparation work done before the 1st day with students.

The ESY Special Education Teacher shall possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. The Teacher shall hold a valid Massachusetts teaching certificate with endorsement(s) in mild, moderate or intensive special needs as the position may require, while also having SEI Endorsement.
OVERVIEW: Staff will be responsible for the provision of special education services for students.
