Athol High School is currently seeking applicants for a paraprofessional position for the 2025-2026 school year.
Paraprofessional
A successful candidate would be committed to providing students with a positive learning environment focused on meeting the needs of all learners. Paraprofessionals will assist teachers in providing an innovative, high-quality education program. These paraprofessionals will support the direct instruction provided to the student by the licensed teacher through both 1:1, small group, and whole-group participation in the classroom setting. Furthermore, the paraprofessional will provide assistance with classroom activities, will assist in preparing instructional materials to support student needs, and support individual and classroom behavior using best practice approaches. Furthermore, the paraprofessional will support students during transitions/lunch and perform other related duties as requested by the principal.
