We want YOU here!
At Axtell Park, we believe every student deserves a team that refuses to give up on them. Our alternative program provides a structured, supportive environment where students with academic deficits and emotional and behavioral needs can build the skills, confidence, and resilience to succeed — and ultimately return to their home schools. With small class sizes and a close-knit team of professionals who bring both expertise and heart, we meet students where they are and walk alongside them through real challenges. If you are someone who finds purpose in doing the hard, meaningful work of supporting students with the greatest needs, we'd love to have you on our team.
