Morse Street School
Morse Street School is seeking a Long-Term Substitute Special Education Teacher for 4-6 weeks beginning May 4th. This position will provide individualized instruction and support to students with disabilities. The long-term substitute will deliver targeted academic instruction, support students' social-emotional development, and ensure access to the general education curriculum. Responsibilities include collaborating closely with general education and special education staff, lesson planning and monitoring student progress. This position will run from approximately May 4th, 2026, through the remainder of the school year.
Requirements:
Must hold a valid CHRC Certification from the ME Dept. of Education.
Position remains open until suitable candidate is found.
