Lunch/Recess Paraprofessional

Classification: K-12 Paraprofessional

Starting Date: December 1, 2025

Hours: M-F, 10:45 AM - 1:15 PM

Location: Central Elementary

QUALIFICATIONS:

● High School diploma or equivalent
● The ability to communicate effectively
● Ability to maintain discipline in all school settings
● Completion of first aid, CPR, and CPI training desirable
● Punctual in all assignments
● Observes all District policies appropriate to this position
● Accepts the responsibility of assigned task

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Supervise students during lunch to ensure safety, order, and appropriate behavior.
● Assist students as needed, including opening food items and supporting those with special needs.
● Monitor and report behavior concerns to teachers or school administrators following school policies.
