MES Paraprofessional - 2025/2026

Monett R-1 School District is seeking applicants for paraprofessionals for the 2025/2026 school year.  This position is responsible for providing support in the instructional program by assisting individual students or small groups of students in a variety of subject areas for the 2025-2026 school year.  Duties also include monitoring and reporting student behavior and performance, supervising students outside the classroom and other related duties as required/assigned. 

Successful candidates will possess great communication skills, flexibility, patience, and most importantly, a genuine care for students.

Candidates must have completed a minimum of 60 college credit hours/obtain a substitute certificate or have successfully passed Frontline.
