    Hours:
      6.0 hours per day
      5 days per week
      180 days per year

    Salary:

     
    • Class III starting at $22.86 - $25.95 per hour

    • **Wage placement based on similar experience

    Required Education:
    • High School Diploma
    • 60 credits of post-secondary education or a passing score on the Para Pro Exam
    Required Experience:
    •   Experience working with elementary age students in a school setting
    Responsibilities:
    • Work collaboratively with Kindergarten staff to assist students with academic, behavioral/social/emotion, and instructional needs.

    • Work 1:1 and in small group with individual students in elementary/Kindergarten setting

    • Assist in implementation of assigned tasks including instruction and assisting student academically

    • Assist in lunchroom and recess supervision

    • Participate in paraprofessional trainings and any other training deemed necessary

    • Ability to maintain confidentiality

    • Flexibility to work in a highly demanding environment

    • Other duties as assigned
