The Madison-Champaign Educational Service Center is seeking a classroom aide to support a student at Norwood Elementary School in West Jefferson, Ohio. The employee will ride the bus to and from
school with the student. To be successful as a paraprofessional, you should demonstrate patience, compassion, and empathy when dealing with students, as well as professionalism when representing the school. You should
have strong management and organizational skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ideal candidates will possess the spirit of leading with a servant’s heart.
