Paraprofessional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessional to join our elementary (4th-5th grade) team. The ideal candidate will support students in and out of the classroom, assist teachers with instruction and classroom management, and help ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic and behavioral support to students under the direction of a certified teacher

• Collaborate with Special Education Teacher to ensure supports are being met for students with IEPs

• Assist with small group or one-on-one instruction

• Monitor student progress and behavior

• Support classroom organization and instructional materials

• Foster a positive and respectful learning environment

• Supervise Breakfast/Arrival, Lunch and/or Recess Duty

Qualifications:

• Paraprofessional Educator License or able to obtain

• Experience working with adolescents or in an educational setting is a plus

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Patience, flexibility, and a passion for helping students succeed
