We are seeking an enthusiastic, caring, and dependable Elementary Paraprofessional to join our AMAZING team! The paraprofessional will assist classroom teachers in delivering high-quality instruction, support inclusion services by providing minutes for students with different abilities, and ensure a safe, positive classroom environment.
Responsibilities:
-Assist teachers with instructional support for individuals and small groups.
-Provide inclusion support to students with different abilities, ensuring required instructional minutes are met.
-Collaborate with classroom teachers and special education staff to implement accommodations and modifications.
-Supervise students in classrooms, hallways, lunchroom, playground, and during transitions.
-Help implement classroom management plans and reinforce positive behavior.
-Prepare and organize instructional materials as directed by the teacher.
-Maintain confidentiality of student information and adhere to district policies.
-Perform other duties as assigned by the principal or supervising teacher
