Hours: 32.5 Hours Weekly

Position Summary
This position plays a vital role in supporting student success at Duncan Lake Middle School. The primary responsibility is to provide a structured, supportive environment for students serving in-school suspension, lunch detention, or completing assessments in the testing room. The employee will help students remain engaged in their academic work, develop positive behavior skills, and experience success in school. This role requires a high level of independence, professionalism, and a strong commitment to building positive student relationships.
