Paraprofessional - Year Round

Shore Educational Collaborative provides multiple educational programs for students with disabilities, from pre-kindergarten through 22 years of age.  Our programs serve students who have multiple and intensive medical needs, developmental delays, intellectual impairment, autism and behavioral and social/emotional needs.

Experience with students with multiple and intensive medical needs, autism, and intellectual impairments preferred, but not required. Training will be provided.

The Salary range for Paraprofessionals is $24.09 to $38.43hr, depending on experience and education.

Full-time employees at Shore Educational Collaborative are eligible for the Massachusetts State Retirement System.

All school staff who may be expected to manage behavior must obtain and maintain certification in Shore's approved behavioral safety training program (Safety Care or equivalent). These skills are essential to ensuring the safety of all program participants and staff, and to meet state and federal requirements related to the safe implementation of behavior intervention plans.
