Part-time Resource Paraprofessional at Black Elk Elementary

Black Elk is seeking a highly motivated and collaborative resource paraprofessional to join our team. We're looking for someone passionate about supporting students, who thrives in a team environment, and is eager to make a meaningful difference in children's lives. 

What You'll Do:

• Work closely with individual students and small groups in a variety of settings throughout the day to support learning goals in reading, writing, math, and social skills. 
• Collaborate effectively with teachers to provide targeted support, share progress data, and adjust strategies to meet student needs. 
• Create and maintain a positive, supportive, and inclusive learning environment that encourages students' engagement and success. Assist students with organization, staying on task, and completing assignments. 

Working Hours:

20 hours a week
