Job Summary: |
The Patient Services Representative will be a part of a comprehensive psychosocial team that supports pregnant adolescents during their prenatal care at UCHealth Anschutz. The patient age range is from 12-20, and most patients have experienced stressors related to social determinants of health. The Patient Services Representative’s responsibilities will include collecting specific information from patients and families, working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to advance the designated care plan and recommendations, facilitating connection between patients and families with professionals internal and external to the institution, communicating with community agencies to facilitate referrals, and maintaining an organized resource repository. Additional responsibilities include working with patients, families, providers, and care teams to identify and address barriers to accessing services, resources, and supports that enhance the health and well-being of patients and families. The Patient Services Representative will enter data obtained from each distinct point of contact into the secure database management system and/or medical record. A goal of this position is to improve the coordination, integration, and access to healthcare and related services for patients and families to ultimately enhance their health and well-being. Onsite – this role is expected to work primarily onsite, with the potential of working 1-2 days remotely, and is located in Aurora, CO. |

Anticipated Pay Range: |
The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as $37,944 to $44,015. The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation, depending on the level. Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck.
