School BCBA – Ann Arbor, MI (Full-Time)

Position Description

Lakeshore Behavior Consulting is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, school-based position in Ann Arbor, Michigan. You'll collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and other school professionals to develop meaningful behavioral supports for K–12 students.

Pay & Benefits

• $55-60/hour, based on experience
• Full-time, 35 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop behavior plans (BIPs)
• Provide behavior consultation, staff training, and coaching
• Collect and analyze behavior data
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in IEP meetings and supervise RBTs as needed

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experience with behavior assessments, data collection, and intervention planning
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

School-based experience is preferred but not required. BCBAs transitioning from clinic or home-based settings are encouraged to apply!
