This opportunity offers a meaningful role supporting small\-group instruction in reading and study skills for students with IEPs. What You’ll Do<\/b><\/u>
<\/div>
• Provide pull\-out instruction in reading and study skills for students with IEPs
<\/div>
• Develop and implement targeted lesson plans aligned to individual goals
<\/div>
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with IEP requirements
<\/div>
• Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to align accommodations
<\/div>
• Foster a structured, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment
<\/div>

Experience You’ll Need<\/b><\/u>
<\/div>
• Massachusetts DESE license in Moderate Disabilities (5–12) or equivalent certification
<\/div>
• Experience providing small\-group academic interventions or specialized reading instruction
<\/div>
• Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and progress reporting
<\/div>
• Strong communication and organizational skills in a collaborative school environment
<\/div><\/td> <\/tr>
