•Work with special needs students to ensure education success/tutoring
•Assist instructors in the development and modification of curriculum and instructional strategies
•Develop and write Individual Evaluation Plans (IEPs) and 504 Plans
•Track progress and data collection to ensure student goals are being met
•Serve as a liaison to home school personnel and those people involved with providing services
•Tutoring
•Conduct meetings with all members of the student’s team
•Conduct meetings with Vantage IEP staff support team
