Applicants must meet all Arkansas Department of Education guidelines.  Applicants must be highly qualified which requires one of the following:

1.  Pass the ETS Praxis test with a 457 score, or 

2.  Have an Associate Degree or higher, or 

3. Have 60 college hours.
