North Country Education Services is seeking a Special Education Teacher to work at Heartwood Public Charter School in Jefferson, NH. This position will start immediately and run for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year, with the possibility of renewal for future years.

Heartwood Public Charter School utilizes a place-based education model, providing opportunities for our students to build valuable relationships within their community through service, experiential learning, and an integrated curriculum. Students attend grades K-8 and come from towns across the region.
Heartwood operates on a four-day week for students (Monday-Thursday) with Fridays dedicated to collaborative and independent planning, professional development, and other related tasks.
