Special Education Teacher

The Kennedy Day School at Franciscan Children’s is seeking a full-time special education teacher for students with substantial support needs. Primary responsibilities include instruction in academics (access and entry points), life skills, communication, self-advocacy and independence. Experience in the use of assistive technologies, AAC, data collection and behavioral supports helpful. Qualified candidates should have or be eligible for a Massachusetts DESE teaching license in severe disabilities (all), or Moderate Disabilities (Prek-8 or 5-12). Competitive salary and benefits.
