In this rewarding position, you'll work directly with students, families, and school teams to support academic, social, and emotional growth in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

What You'll Do

  • Provide individualized instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

  • Foster a classroom environment that promotes inclusion, engagement, and success.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and consistent communication with families and school staff.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education

  • Valid NH Special Education Certification (or eligibility to obtain)

  • Experience working with students with IEPs and diverse learning needs
