ANTICIPATED OPENING
Position: Special Education Teacher (9-12)
Monument Mountain Regional High School
Requirements: Massachusetts Teaching Certification: Teacher of Students with Moderate Disabilities (5-12). College degree in the general area in which the teacher is assigned.
Qualifications: Demonstrated success in working with and developing appropriate programming for students with mild to moderate disabilities including delivery of research-based reading, written language, and mathematics instruction planning differentiated data-based instruction for all types of students; implementation of behavior intervention plans; delivery and support of social-emotional learning for health and well being assessment of student growth and progress using a data-based approach working with site-based and community-based intervention teams, communication with students, parents, staff and community members; Demonstrated success in co-teaching and collaboration with general educators, special education teachers, and related service providers including the ability to adjust, modify and develop appropriate programming. Other qualifications as established by the District.
Starting Date: FY2027 School Year - August 27, 2026
Salary: As Per BHRSD/BHEA Unit A Contract (based on qualifications and experience)
