What You'll Do

• Deliver individualized instruction and support for students with diverse learning needs.

• Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

• Collaborate with general education staff, specialists, and families to promote student success.

• Foster an inclusive, positive classroom culture that encourages participation and achievement.

• Maintain accurate documentation and open communication with families and team members.

What We Offer

Competitive Salary: $57,000–$72,000 annually (based on experience)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education

• Valid Maine Special Education Endorsement (or eligibility to obtain)

• Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
