Summary<\/strong> Join a supportive elementary school community where collaboration, inclusion, and individualized learning drive student success. This role provides mild\/moderate special education support for a small Kâ5 caseload, combining push\-in services with targeted pull\-out instruction to strengthen core academic and functional skills. Youâll work closely with teachers and service providers in a student\-centered, relationship\-driven environment. What Youâll Do<\/strong>
- Support Kâ5 students through a blend of inclusion, small\-group, and 1:1 instruction<\/li>
- Provide specialized interventions aligned to IEP goals and grade\-level standards<\/li>
- Collaborate with teachers to modify assignments, scaffold instruction, and reinforce classroom learning<\/li>
- Deliver targeted reading, writing, math, and executive\-function support<\/li>
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate data toward IEP goals<\/li>
- Participate in IEP meetings and communicate effectively with staff and families<\/li>
- Uphold documentation, compliance, and service delivery expectations within the school\-day schedule<\/li>

Experience Youâll Need<\/strong>
- Valid state Special Education Teaching License (Mild\/Moderate or equivalent)<\/li>
- Experience supporting elementary students in inclusion + pull\-out models<\/li>
- Confident delivering small\-group and 1:1 interventions for academic and behavioral needs<\/li>
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to coordinate with teachers, paras, and service providers<\/li>
- Data\-driven approach to tracking progress and adjusting instruction<\/li>
