What You'll Do

• Provide individualized instruction and support to students with diverse developmental and learning needs.

• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

• Collaborate with families, school staff, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student growth and success.

• Foster an inclusive, positive classroom environment that encourages participation and progress.

• Maintain accurate documentation and ongoing communication with staff and parents.

What We Offer

Competitive Salary: $57,000–$72,000 annually (based on experience)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education

• Valid Maine Special Education Endorsement (or eligibility to obtain)

• Experience working with early childhood or elementary students with diverse learning needs

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
