âś… Key Responsibilities
- Deliver specially designed instruction to students with disabilities in accordance with IEPs.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, school staff, and families.
- Conduct assessments, progress monitoring, and maintain compliance with IDEA regulations.
- Provide culturally responsive teaching tailored to the needs of Native students.
🎓 Qualifications
- Valid New Mexico Teaching License with a Special Education endorsement (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Prior experience working with IEPs and diverse student populations.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
