What You’ll Do
Deliver engaging, trauma-informed instruction in core subjects (with a focus on Special Education and/or Math)
Create individualized learning plans aligned with IEP goals
Collaborate with residential staff, counselors, and program leads to support student success
Support social-emotional learning and behavior management with empathy and consistency
Foster a sense of stability, belonging, and hope in each student’s journey
Job Requirements
Current MA license in Special Education (or subject-specific areas such as Math, Grades 6–12)
Experience teaching in special education or alternative education settings
Strong ability to connect with and support students with social-emotional needs
Patience, adaptability, and a genuine belief in the potential of every student
Commitment to working on-site in a residential school environment
