Your Role:
As a Special Education Teacher with EDU-AIDs, you’ll play a key role in creating an engaging, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all students.
Responsibilities Include:
Delivering high-quality instruction to elementary and middle school students
Developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Collaborating with families, general education staff, and support teams
Maintaining a safe, inclusive, and structured classroom environment
Working full-time, on-site in Southbridge, MA
What You’ll Need:
Over one year of experience teaching in Special Education settings
A valid Massachusetts Special Education Teaching License
Skills in classroom management and clear, effective communication
A strong commitment to equity, inclusion, and student success
