What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality instruction and support for students with diverse learning needs
- Collaborate with general education teachers to ensure access to grade-level content
- Build strong relationships with students and families
- Use data to drive progress toward IEP goals

- Elementary Special Education Teachers
- Content Specialists (Math + ELA)
- Low-Incidence Special Education Teachers
Requirements
- Tennessee teaching license with Special Education endorsement
- Greater Nashville-area residency
- Background check clearance
Compensation
$50,000–$80,000, depending on experience and education (direct hire with school partner). Benefits included.
