At The Trudeau Center, we’ve been supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities for over 60 years—and we’re just getting started. We’re looking for a Special Education Teacher (Supervisory Educator) to join our amazing Children’s Pathways team.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement IEPs and behavior support plans
• Support and coach classroom staff with training and feedback
• Use ABA principles to guide instruction and behavior goals
• Assist with transitions into, within, and out of the program
• Support students with self-care skills (including toileting)
• Respond to crisis situations and provide calm, skilled intervention
• Maintain communication with families and partner schools
• Mentor new teachers through structured support and weekly meetings

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or Special Education, with appropriate certification
• Two or more years of experience working with young children with autism
• Familiarity with ABA teaching strategies
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Bonus: experience training staff or developing curriculum
