United Staff Group is looking for a passionate Special Education Teacher to work with a school district in Massachusetts. We need to hire urgently for the upcoming school year.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with various disabilities.
Provide direct instruction, push-in, and pull-out support to meet students' unique learning needs.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including general education teachers, parents, and related service providers.
Monitor student progress, analyze data, and adjust instructional strategies to ensure students meet their goals.
Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
Valid Massachusetts Special Education Teacher license (e.g., Moderate Disabilities).
Experience working with students with disabilities in a school setting.
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
