Structured Learning Paraprofessional

The Structured Learning Paraprofessional provides direct instructional and behavioral support to students with special needs in a highly structured learning environment. This position assists the classroom teacher in implementing individualized education programs (IEPs), maintaining a consistent and predictable classroom setting, and supporting students’ academic, social, and functional growth. The paraprofessional helps ensure each student receives the guidance and support needed to develop independence and achieve success.
