Are you a licensed teacher looking for flexible, impactful work in special education?
Lakes Country Service Cooperative (LCSC) is seeking Substitute Special Education Teachers to join our team at Lakes Country Academy (LCA) in Alexandria, Minnesota. You will work with for our K–6 students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and emotional behavioral disorder (EBD). As part of a Setting IV special education program, LCA provides a highly structured, and supportive learning environment that focuses on social skills training and personalized academic support.

Key Responsibilities - Deliver instruction and behavioral support in line with students' IEPs
- Provide structure and consistency during staff absences
- Collaborate with paraprofessionals and behavior specialists
- Support students in achieving academic and social-emotional goals
Required Qualifications: - A valid Minnesota teaching license or a short-call substitute teaching license
Pay Rate: - Pay Rate: Full Day = $186.00
- Half Day = $93.00
