Summer ESY Special Education Teachers - Internal Posting Only

• Plan and maintain a program of instruction that is conducive to the attainment of individual students' ESY goals and objectives on their IEP.
• Develop and nurture the emotional, cognitive and social abilities of the students.
• Monitor student progress toward achievement of instructional goals and write end of ESY progress reports.

Candidates must hold or be eligible for a Pennsylvania Instructional Certificate in the appropriate area. The selected candidate will provide evidence of a strong academic record, excellent educational references and related experience, be able to demonstrate knowledge of current educational research, and successfully complete a series of interviews along with meeting all local requirements.
