Teacher - Learining Behavior Specialist

Description: District 39 is looking for a Learning Behavior Specialist who is focused on children's needs, possesses high energy, initiative, and flexibility, and has strong interpersonal skills. Candidates should have knowledge and experience in data collection, assessment, and a variety of instructional methods for teaching academic, behavioral, and social-emotional skills. Teachers are expected to engage in reflective teaching practices and pursue continuous self-improvement.

Qualifications:  Valid IL educator licensure with LBSI endorsement required.

Working Conditions:
$61,877.70 (full-time) minimum annually with benefits. Actual compensation based on education and experience.

Tier 2 TRS employees may be eligible for additional retirement savings benefits.  All applicable benefits can be found in the current WEA contractual bargaining agreement.
