Title I Paraprofessional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessional to support teachers and enhance the learning experience for students in a classroom setting. The ideal candidate will work closely with students, particularly those with diverse learning needs, to foster an inclusive and engaging educational environment.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teachers to assess student progress and adapt instructional strategies as needed.
- Lead small groups in math and reading skills.
- Maintain a positive relationship with students, fostering an environment of trust and encouragement.
- Complete daily learning logs.

Experience
Previous experience working with students or as a paraprofessional is preferred.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment are essential.
A passion for educating young learners and supporting their developmental needs is crucial for success in this role.
